Most insurance plans will cover lactation services at 80%-100%. If you have Cigna, please use wildflower to verify your coverage. All other insurance plans, use The Lactation Network. If you have any questions about insurance or payment, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Travel Fees
Travel fees may apply to home visits and are based on the distance from Seton Southwest Hospital (see map):

  • Less than 6 miles: Free

  • 7–11 miles: $15

  • 12–20 miles: $30

  • 21–30 miles: $50

  • 31+ miles: $65

These fees are in addition to the cost of the visit and are not covered by The Lactation Network and Wildflower Health.
